EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:
To help make gifting even easier this Holiday season, we are extending our typical return and exchange window. For eligible pieces purchased during or after our Holiday sale, please submit your return request by 01/01/2025.
At Alexie of Athens your satisfaction is our top priority.
RETURNS
New, unworn and non-personalized pieces are eligible for a refund, if returned within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return you must :
- Email us at info@alexieofathens.com to request a return
- A return label will be emailed to you and the return label fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage

Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included).
Below items are non-returnable:

Engraved and monogrammed products
- Custom Pieces including custom necklaces, bracelets, rings, initials, letters and zodiac, and numbers.
- Personalized and Custom jewelry pieces are made especially for you; therefore, they are final sale.

CANCELATIONS
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us up to 2 hours after placing it. Please be advised that personalized jewelry pieces are made especially for you; therefore, after 2 hours, they are final sale.
If your order has already been shipped, you will need to return the items to us. To cancel your order, please contact info@alexieofathens.com
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For all international orders, please note that the consumer is responsible for any tax and duty fees on orders required to go through customs. We are unable to pre-calculate this fee for you as the cost is determined by each country’s customs.
If you are having trouble placing your order or want to know the time frame for delivery please email info@alexieofathens.com We will do everything we can to help you.
We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a note with your name and order number with the package when shipped back to us. We do NOT refund shipping charges on return items.
DAMAGED ITEMS
At Alexie of Athens we take great care to QC each order before it is dispatched. If it happens that an item is damaged, we will exchange your item for a new one.
GIFT CARDS
Purchased Gift Cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
